WE ARE HIRING - OFFICE ADMIN SUPPORT (MALE ONLY)
Location: Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur (5 mins drive from Mid Valley Mall)
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (6 working days or choose 2 alternative Saturdays off)


Job Responsibilities:


  • Handle general office administration tasks
  • Manage monthly sales & purchase records (Excel jobsheet)
  • Assist sales team with online car advertisements (Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Deliver cars to workshop/customers when required


Requirements:


  • Must have a valid driving license
  • Able to drive manual & automatic cars (advantage)
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Knowledge in Canva, Photoshop, or photo editing is an advantage
  • Responsible, punctual & detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently
  • Basic communication in English & Malay (Mandarin is an advantage)
  • All ages welcome
