- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in customer engagement (presales, business development, account management) in Telecom/IT
- Deep knowledge of cloud services, public/hybrid cloud, App-to-Cloud Transformation
- Understanding of Cloud tech, security, automation:
- o On-Prem Private Cloud (Microsoft, VMware)o Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)o Hybrid Cloud, DevOps
- Experience with cloud tech implementation/migration
- Familiar with enterprise infrastructure (server, network, AD)
- Networking knowledge (routing, VPNs, load balancers, firewalls) is a plus
- Fast learner of new/emerging Cloud/IT technologies
- Willing to work in a dynamic �start-up†setting within a larger company
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, with strong communication skills
- Independent, resourceful team player with a passion for excellent support
