Key Responsibilities:


  • Food Preparation & Cooking:
  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes consistently.
  • Develop and standardize recipes and plating techniques.
  • Ensure food is prepared according to menu specifications.
  • Kitchen Operations:
  • Manage kitchen inventory, stock levels, and ordering of ingredients.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and coordinate kitchen staff schedules.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Team Supervision & Training:
  • Supervise and guide kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Train new kitchen staff on recipes, hygiene, and safety procedures.
  • Monitor performance and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Health & Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure all kitchen activities comply with food safety regulations (HACCP, Halal requirements, etc.).
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
  • Monitor food storage and handling to prevent contamination.
  • Menu Planning & Cost Control:
  • Assist in menu development based on seasonal ingredients and customer demand.
  • Monitor food cost and waste, ensuring profitability without compromising quality.
