Prepare and submit customs declarations including K1, K2, K3, and K8.
Handle manifest submissions such as K4, K5, and K6 in compliance with customs regulations.
Handle ZB clearance
Manage applications for permits and approvals from various government agencies (OGAs) including MTIB, MAQIS, SIRIM, and others as required.
Liaise with customs officers and other regulatory authorities to ensure timely and smooth clearance of shipments.
Coordinate and monitor both LCL (Less than Container Load) and FCL (Full Container Load) shipping procedures.
Identify correct HS (Harmonized System) codes and ensure compliance with associated import/export requirements.
Maintain accurate records of clearance documentation and status updates for internal tracking and audit purposes.
Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and OGA requirements to ensure compliance at all times.
