Requirements


· You are required to lead and manage the HR & Training Department, ensuring effective delivery of all HR functions.


· You should be capable of driving strategic HR planning and workforce transformation aligned with business objectives.


· You must oversee talent acquisition, retention, and employee development initiatives.


· You must be able to foster a positive work environment through strong employee relations and compliance with industrial relations practices.


· You must be capable to design and manage compensation, benefits, and performance management frameworks.


· You should be able to ensure full compliance with labor laws, immigration, and regulatory requirements.


· You must have the ability to develop and implement HR policies, processes, and documentation.


· You are expected to Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels (local and international) to support organizational change and alignment


Responsibilities


· Minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior HR leadership roles.


· Strong background in the manufacturing sector; experience in the aviation supplier industry is advantageous.


· Deep knowledge of Malaysian employment law, labor standards, taxation, and immigration processes.


· Proven experience managing expatriate and foreign workforce matters.


· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu.


· Ability to work independently, lead strategic initiatives, and engage effectively with all levels of the organization.


· Demonstrated ability to partner with global stakeholders.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: RM24,500.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
