Position Summary:
The Head of Parking oversees all aspects of parking operations for both hospitals, including strategic planning, staff management, revenue optimization, compliance, and customer service. They ensure that parking facilities operate efficiently, safely, and profitably, while aligning with organizational goals and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in parking operations, facilities management, or transportation services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong financial knowledge, with experience in budgeting and revenue optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with parking technologies, safety regulations, and customer service best practices.
