- Assist the QA Manager in test planning, execution, and defect tracking for assigned projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams (QA, Development, Business, Vendors) to ensure product quality.
- Write and update test cases, bug reports, and release notes.
- Perform various types of tests, including functional, exploratory, API, database, and security testing on mobile, browser, and desktop applications.
- Report and track defects to ensure they�re resolved.
- Ensure thorough testing for a positive user experience.
- Diploma/Degree in computer science or information technology or IT equivalent.
- Experience in manual testing or a similar QA role.
- Familiarity with different types of testing (functional, exploratory, API, etc.).
- Knowledge in automation tools (i.e. Selenium WebDriver, TOSCA, etc.)
- Knowledge in automation test scripts design (i.e. regression testing, etc.).
- Flexibility in work hours to complete tasks on time.
- Requires Mandarin for QA of region-specific software builds.
