- Provide a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs and other therapies according to established protocols.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation in treatment rooms and spa facilities.
- Assess guests' needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Ensure guests feel welcome, comfortable, and satisfied with their service.
- Monitor and manage spa product stock and treatment room readiness.
- Welcome guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures for spa appointments.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and spa inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Schedule appointments and manage the spa booking system efficiently.
- Upsell treatments and retail products where appropriate.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints gracefully and escalate when necessary.
- Minimum 6 months of experienceas a spa therapist/receptionist in a hotel, spa or wellness center.
- Relevant certification or diploma in massage therapy or wellness treatments.
- Strong knowledge of various spa therapies and customer service.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
