- Manage and oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment cycles and month-end closing activities.
- Prepare and assist in the analysis of monthly management reports, providing insights to support business decision-making.
- Handle a full set of accounts independently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled accurately.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as bankers, tax agents, auditors, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Perform any ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks as assigned by management.
- Bachelor�s Degree in Finance, Accounting (or related field).
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in finance and accounting, with proven expertise in handling a full set of accounts.
- Strong understanding of tax planning and financial compliance.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
