We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Account Officer to join our Finance team. This role offers the opportunity to support cross-regional financial operations and work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. If you're passionate about numbers, accuracy, and continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you.- Maintain accurate financial records by identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Process high volumes of invoices, including performing necessary manual adjustments
- Review and verify VAT information, particularly for invoices from the UK, Germany, and other international regions
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and support finance operations across multiple markets
- Manage finance-related email communications and shared folders, ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Support initiatives aimed at improving finance processes and operational efficiency
- Assist in the enhancement and implementation of financial systems and workflows
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and training sessions to foster team development
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role
- Currently pursuing or planning to pursue a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an added advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Familiarity with systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, OSCAR, or Lexmark Perceptive is a plus
- Prior experience in a Shared Services Centre or multinational company is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
