Accountant

The Accountant will play a vital role in supporting the financial operations of All Link Group, currently comprising entities in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, with more in the pipeline due to ongoing expansion. The role includes a mix of financial reporting, consolidation, and general accounting responsibilities across jurisdictions.

• Prepare and manage monthly consolidated financial statements for All Link Group, currently covering Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate intercompany reconciliation and elimination entries.
  
• Support ongoing integration of new entities into the consolidation process.
  

• Full set of accounts and bookkeeping for Singapore and Malaysia entities, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements in both jurisdictions.
  

• Review and analyse monthly accounts submitted by the Philippines finance team.
  
• Identify variances, discrepancies, and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  

• Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial analysis.
  
• Support audit, tax filing, and other statutory submissions where applicable.
  

• Recommend and implement improvements to accounting processes, systems, and internal controls.
  

• Bachelor�s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field is required.
  
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent are preferred.
  

• Minimum of 3-5 years� relevant experience in accounting or audit.
  
• Prior experience in external audit (Big 4 or mid-tier firms) is a strong advantage.
  
• Experience in group consolidation and multi-entity reporting is preferred.
  

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).
  
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Sysfreight, or equivalent).
  
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organisational skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively across different countries and departments.
  
• Proficient in English and Chinese - able to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
