Responsibilities:


  • Handle full set / partials of accounts for multiple clients, including bookkeeping, general ledger, AR/AP, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and financial statements for clients.
  • Assist in preparation and submission of SST, income tax computations, and other statutory filings.
  • Liaise with clients to gather accounting documents and clarify accounting or tax-related matters.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting records and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Support year-end closing, audit schedules, and compliance with MFRS and local regulations.
  • Provide advisory support on basic accounting and tax matters to clients when needed.
  • Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines and meet client expectations.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested by management.


Requirements:


  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in client accounting, preferably in an audit/accounting firm.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, Xero, UBS) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, SST, and tax regulations
  • Strong communication skills to engage with clients professionally.
  • Able to work independently, multitask, and manage several client portfolios.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
