We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Admin Executive - Commercial (Real Estate) to join our growing team at YC Capital Group, supporting the expansion and operational needs of our F&B brand, Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus. This role plays a vital part in handling real estate documentation, tenancy matters, leasing coordination, and general commercial admin support to ensure smooth outlet operations and growth.


Requirements:


  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Property Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in administrative or property management support, preferably in retail or F&B industry.
  • Strong understanding of commercial leasing processes and real estate documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic document management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support for all commercial real estate activities including lease agreements, tenancy renewals, and site acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property documents, tenancy agreements, and landlord correspondences.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of tenancy proposals, letters of offer (LO), and lease agreements.
  • Coordinate with landlords, agents, legal teams, and authorities on tenancy matters and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the team in new outlet opening processes including approvals, licenses, and fit-out documentation.
  • Monitor and track lease expiration dates, renewal timelines, deposit schedules, and payment follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data for management review regarding site performance and tenancy status.
  • Liaise with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure alignment on commercial property requirements.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as meeting arrangements, documentation filing, and correspondence.
  • Perform other related duties or ad-hoc assignments to support the Real Estate & Commercial team.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
