The position will be situated under the

Sales office of Coway Malaysia, office based in Butterworth.


Job scope :-


  • General office support and information key-in.
  • Documentation filing, petty cash and Stock control.
  • Follow-up with customer enquiry and reporting works.
  • Handling fund transfer/refund case, direct debit/credit card application & resubmit.
  • Ad hoc duties when required


Requirement:


  • Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in any discipline.
  • Preferably 1 year of working experience in administration, customer service or equivalent.
  • Must be familiar with computer applications, ie. Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Position is based in Butterworth.
  • Contract: 6 Months
