Responsibilities


  • Assist in daily administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document preparation).
  • Support basic accounting functions (invoicing, payment records, receipts).
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence.
  • Update customer records and maintain proper filing systems.
  • Assist in preparing reports and financial documents.
  • Coordinate office supplies and manage stock records.
  • Support other departments when needed.
  • Able to speak Mandarin is a plus


Requirements


  • Diploma/ degree holder
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work in a team.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
