• Receive patient at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Arrange appointment with patient for Aesthetic procedure with Doctor
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Patient registration and appointment scheduling
  • Dispensing medications and consumables and payment collection
  • Provide administrative support and assist in monthly stock take
  • Record medical billings/invoices, responsible for daily cash handling
  • Basic Computer skills such as Excel
  • Maintaining a neat and professional front office environment to reinforce a good corporate image
  • Provide consultation for patient on new product / services from Clinic
  • Assist in other administrative tasks as required by Clinic Manager


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
