ASSITANT SALES MANAGER

• Implement effective sales strategies and activities aligned with product positioning, market trends, and pricing structures to drive aluminum roofing sales volume and profitability.
  
• Execute sales plans to meet or exceed assigned targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  
• Provide timely, solution-oriented customer service by addressing issues proactively and ensuring prompt collection of receivables.
  
• Manage domestic sales operations to achieve revenue, margin, and service-level objectives.
  
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate processing and fulfillment of sales orders.
  
• Support market development by resolving customer complaints, offering basic technical guidance on specifications and quality concerns.
  
• Gather and report on market intelligence to enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen relationships, and ensure collection targets are met.
  
• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports and forecasts, and handle light administrative duties, including processing Purchase Orders (POs) and related documentation.
  

• Candidate must possess at least at least a Diploma/Degree, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Sales, Commerce or equivalent.
  
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the relevant industry such as construction/steel/paint/glass/building materials is required for this position.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  
• Experience in Sales, dealing with domestic & international customers, good in communication skills, fluent in English would be advantageous.
  
• Experience in aluminum and steel is advantageous.
  
• Passion for teamwork and servant leadership, with an optimistic, "can-do," and independent attitude.
  
• Comfortable in conducting presentations.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
