Job Summary:


The Data Entry Indexer is responsible for accurately entering, organizing, and indexing data into the company's systems or databases. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to handle large volumes of information efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Accurately input and update data into internal systems or databases.
  • Review, verify, and ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Index and categorize documents or information based on company guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Perform data cleaning and ensure consistency across records.
  • Flag any discrepancies or errors found during data entry.
  • Work with team members to support ongoing data management projects.
  • Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets.


Requirements:


  • Minimum SPM or equivalent (Diploma preferred).
  • Proven experience in data entry, indexing, or administrative roles.
  • Good typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage repetitive tasks.
  • Familiarity with data management software is a plus.
