• Manage and supervise administrative tasks in the clinic, including patient registration, record-keeping, and billing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) established by the HQ.
  • Act as a liaison between the clinic and HQ, communicating operational updates, requirements, and issues.
  • Provide regular reports to HQ on clinic activities, performance metrics, and operational challenges.
  • Oversee patient services, ensuring a high level of service quality and patient satisfaction.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling, appointments, and inquiries, aiming for optimal patient flow and experience.
  • Manage inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment, coordinating with HQ for procurement as needed.
  • Maintain proper stock levels and monitor supply chain processes in line with HQ guidelines.
  • Support healthcare professionals in delivering patient care, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards set by HQ.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards at the clinic level.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clinic staff and HQ, conveying information, updates, and directives.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to HQ on clinic operations, financials, and performance indicators.


Qualification & Experince


  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in clinic management or healthcare administration is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malay, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering quality patient care.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards in Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate problem-solving abilities, and adapt to changing clinic needs.
  • Ability to work long hours and after official working hours.
