Job Description:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on client acquisition and revenue targets in permanent staffing sectors.
- Identify market trends, client needs, and emerging opportunities through in-depth market research and networking.
- Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Prospect and qualify new clients, negotiate contract terms, and close deals to expand the agency�s market footprint.
- Collaborate internally with recruitment consultants and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and quality service.
- Manage sales pipelines and CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and progress toward targets.
- Represent the agency at industry events, networking sessions, and government/private tenders.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to refine business strategies.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor�s degree (any discipline).
- Typically 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within recruitment, staffing, or related industries.
- Strong hunter mentality and target-driven approach with proven success in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with a broad range of business stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM and sales software.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
