- Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and general corporate.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to corporate transactions.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in relation to the corporate exercises.
- Degree in LLB or equivalent and called to the Malaysian Bar.
- Experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and general corporate works.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
