· Responsible for carrying out sales strategies and ensure that all enquiries and incoming leads are followed up on timely manner;


· To increase revenue growth potential by unlocking new opportunities;


· To actively promote and market the event venue, engaging potential client and effectively managing inquiries to convert them into confirmed bookings and revenue-generating events;


· Responsible to develop and maintain long-term business relationships with existing and new customers and proactively understand their needs to enhance service delivery and sales experience and ensure high customer service standard;


· Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media;


· Conduct market research and continuously keep abreast of industry trends, competitive practices and changes;


· Prepare weekly and monthly reports on achievement of existing and prospective sales;


· To provide administrative and operation support and to do any other tasks required for smooth operations;


· To perform any other tasks as and when assigned from time to time.


Requirement:


· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Sales/Marketing, Hospitality/Event Management or equivalent


· Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia


· At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;


· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;


· Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Marketing & Digital Skill, Knowledge in Audio Visual & Event Technology;


· Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task and work effectively with minimal supervision;


· Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, self -starter and good time management skill;


· Prior sales experience in hospitality/MICE industry would be an added advantage.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
