- Develop, debug, and deploy test solutions for semiconductor devices on ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) platforms.
- Supporting test program correlations and release to production activities.
- Optimize existing test solutions for yield and throughput.
- Troubleshooting of test issues and improving test methodologies.
- Provide on-site support to customers
- Collect customer needs and requests, communicate to internal engineering team to develop new solutions for customer.
- Work within the support of our worldwide application teams to coordinate project development and on time delivery of critical project milestones.
- Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
- 7-10 years of test/product engineering experience in digital, high power device testing and with at least 5 years of test development background preferred.
- Programming experience on ATE platforms. Experience on UltraFLEX or UltraFLEXPlus is a plus.
- Proficient in C# .NET or VBA is an advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and your native language.
- Willing to travel 40% of time when required to.
- Able to handle dynamic work environment with pressure and quick changes.
