Position: Field Service Assistant
Tenure: 3-6 Months Contract (Renewable)
Salary: RM 2000 - RM 2500 (Based on Experience & Qualification)
Working Location: Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor
Working Days/Hours: 6 days per week (Mon-Sat), Shift (8AM - 4PM / 4PM - 12AM)
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible to ensure all entries and data are up to date.
- Manage and update daily data usage and sales.
- Prepare Drawing Layout for storage using ECOSIMA Cad software
- Prepare labelling for customer to ensure customer satisfactory.
- Responsible in updating schedule for implementation, modification and re-plan for customers.
- Responsible to prepare quotations, delivery order and invoices label sticker for the customer.
- Analyze Customize Delivery Frequency (CDF) and cooperate with operation of the customer.
Job Requirements:
- SPM/Diploma in Art and Design is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience is required.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia or English both spoken and written.
- MUST have an experience in using MS Office and Excel and Auto Cad.
- Able to work in shift rotation.
- Good team player
