We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Internship to support our finance team in managing daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in financial data entry, reconciliations, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining full sets of accounts.
- Handle daily accounting entries including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain proper records of cash flow.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, tax submissions (e.g., SST, CP204), and supporting schedules.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into accounting software.
- Maintain organized documentation and support audit requirements.
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments regarding payment and invoicing issues.
- Support the Finance Executive/Manager in ad hoc financial tasks as needed.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
