1) Financial & Accounting Management


  • Strategize and oversee monthly financial consolidation of accounts for senior


management review.


  • Advise the Group MD on budget management, cost-benefit analysis, and forecasting needs.
  • Identify and propose new funding opportunities, including evaluating cost-effectiveness of


proposed business initiatives.


  • Supervise the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and monthly/quarterly


cash flow reports.


  • Ensure timely submission of financial reporting to internal stakeholders and external


agencies.


  • Monitor banking activities, manage cash flow to ensure operational sustainability, and


oversee reconciliation and forecasting.


  • Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable, ensuring proper control measures and


documentation.


  • Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, including timely filing and submission of tax


returns and statutory payments.


  • Manage and maintain accounting systems, financial records, and software integrity across


the Group.


  • Liaise with banks for facility management and sourcing of new financial products or


services.


  • Coordinate with external parties on M&A, privatization proposals, and feasibility studies for


group expansion or restructuring.


2) Internal Audit & Financial Governance


  • Develop and oversee the internal audit plan and control systems for the Group�s finance


function.


  • Establish and monitor internal control mechanisms to safeguard Group assets and financial


data.


  • Lead management audits and IT/EDP audits, ensuring audit observations are addressed


promptly.


  • Conduct or coordinate special investigations when discrepancies or red flags arise.
  • Ensure compliance with group-wide KPIs, policies, and productivity control programs.
  • Support training and upskilling initiatives for the Accounts and Finance team across the


Group.


3) Management Information Systems (MIS) & Digital Finance


  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve and implement financial modules within the EDP


system.


  • Recommend new technologies and automation tools to streamline financial reporting and


data analysis.


  • Support the transition to digital finance, including office automation and system


enhancements.


  • Oversee outsourced finance/IT partnerships, ensuring SLA compliance and service quality.
  • Manage and maintain finance system facilities and ensure the IT support team operates


efficiently.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
