Financial Analyst

Fatfish Group Limited (ASX:FFG) (“Fatfish†or the “Companyâ€) is an ASX listed tech venture firm incubating future leaders in digital entertainment, fintech and ecommerce as well as the application of Generative AI technologies in these sectors. Fatfish investee companies, ranging from incubation through to listed entities, include ASEAN Fintech Group, Abelco Investment Group (NGM:ABIG) and iCandy Interactive (ASX:ICI).

Our strategy is to give investors indirect exposure to our investee companies as well as incubate new businesses leveraging our significant expertise and experience in developing and launching innovative technology companies.

• Conducting financial analysis to assess existing portfolio companies� performance as well as potential M&A targets.
  
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  
• Prepare and present financial reports, including forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
  
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support cross-functional projects.
  
• Preparing periodic reports for our listed entities including quarterly, half-yearly and yearly operational activities reporting as required under ASX rules.
  
• Preparing material announcements for release on the ASX.
  
• Preparing presentations for investor meetings and conferences.
  
• Represent the Company as a point-of-contact for investor engagement.
  

• Bachelor�s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master�s degree in such fields are a plus.
  
• 3-5 years of experience in Advisory or Consulting, Investment Banking (Corporate Finance), Venture Capital, Private Equity or a similar setting.
  
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google cloud services
  
• (Google Docs, Sheets, etc).
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  

• CFA, CPA, or other relevant certifications.
  
• Experience in Technology Sector.
  
• Passion for utilizing and maximizing Generative AI tools.
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
