The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Perform detailed business analysis by category and format, outlining risk, overall profitability, and opportunities for the business
- Work closely with cross functional team to plan and monitor forecast against budget
- Assist in annual budgeting and long-term business plan process
- Work out with Ops Excellent team and derive initiatives / solutions on cost and productivity improvements
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned
- At least three (3) to five (5) years of working experience in the related field
- Experiences in performing reporting and financial analysis
- Well verse in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel and Words
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English
