Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Perform data entry and update records accurately
  • Answer phone calls and handle basic inquiries
  • Organize and maintain files and documents
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other documents
  • Support office staff with day-to-day tasks
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor


Requirements:


  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently
  • Prior clerical or administrative experience is an advantage


6 Working Days : Monday - Saturday


Working Hours :8.30am to 5:00pm
