Job Responsibilities:


Human Resources:


- Recruitment:


  • Manage in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.


-Employee Records and Documentation:


  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.


-Employee Benefits and Compensation:


  • Support the payroll process by ensuring the payroll is timely and accurately.
  • Submit the statutory payment online timely and accurately.
  • Administer the benefits of employees such as insurance renewal, SOCSO claim application, etc.
  • Take charge of employee's confirmation or extension of probation and prepare the letter timely.
  • Ensure compliance with wage & labor laws.


-Employee Relations:


  • Address employee queries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts through appropriate channels.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.


-Training and Development:


  • Identify training & development needs.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Track training completion and maintain training records.


-Compliance:


  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's compliance.
  • Maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.


-Digitalization of HRMS:


  • Assist the implementation of new HRMS system and
  • maintaining new digital tools and technologies once they have been implemented.
  • Ensure compliance

Budget Management:


  • Manage the HRA department's budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.


-

Talent Management:


  • Implement performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisals.


-

Policy Development and Implementation:


  • Develop and update HR & Admin policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and best practices.
  • Communicate policies to employees and enforce compliance


-MISC


  • Prepare related HRA correspondence timely and accurately.
  • Check employee's claim based on the company's policy.
  • Handle on leave management and prepare report that required by the superior


Administration:


-Office Operations:


â— Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities & supervise.


â— Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment.


-Vendor Management:


â— Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and follow up on payment processing.


-Event Coordination:


â— Coordinate internal and external events, meetings, and conferences.


-Documentation and Filing:


â— Maintain and organize HR and administrative files, documents, and records for easy access and retrieval.


-To perform any other duties any at the discretion


Job Requirement:
