- Client Consultation:
Meet with clients to discuss their vision, requirements, and budget.
Conduct site assessments to understand the space and its potential.
- Design Development:
Create design concepts, including color schemes, materials, furnishings, and layout plans.
Develop detailed floor plans and 3D visualizations to present to clients.
- Space Planning:
Optimize the use of space while ensuring functionality and flow.
Consider safety, accessibility, and building codes in design proposals.
- Material and Furniture Selection:
Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings.
Source and procure items within the project budget.
- Client Communication:
Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the project.
Provide updates and address any concerns or changes in scope.
- Post-Project Follow-Up:
Ensure client satisfaction after project completion.
Address any necessary adjustments or additional requests.
- Diploma or Bachelor�s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an interior designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
