The intern will support the Network Planning & Strategy team in various initiatives, which may include:* Market Research & Analysis:
- Assisting in gathering and analyzing market data, demographic trends, and competitor activities to identify potential branch locations or optimization opportunities.
- Supporting research into emerging branch concepts and customer preferences.
- Data Compilation & Presentation:
- Compiling data for internal reports and presentations related to branch performance and network efficiency.
- Assisting in the preparation of visuals and summaries for committee updates.
- Project Support:
- Providing administrative and coordination support for ongoing branch transformation projects (e.g., branch opening and branch closure).
- Assisting with documentation and tracking of project milestones.
- Strategic Planning Assistance:
- Contributing to brainstorming sessions for new branch formats (e.g., C1, C4 concepts) and service delivery models.
- Supporting the team in developing strategic recommendations.
