Responsibilities


  • To assist all related administration paperwork.
  • To assist on other works, deem suitable from time to time.
  • Assist in the preparation of disciplinary documents (e.g., show cause letters, warning letters).
  • Support the documentation process for grievance handling and misconduct cases.
  • Help track and record disciplinary actions and ensure records are up to date.
  • Assist in internal investigations and domestic inquiry coordination.
  • Stay updated with relevant labor laws, regulations, and IR practices.
  • Support the team in reporting IR cases and trends to management.


Requirement


  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate diploma, in Administration/ Human Resource/ Project Administration
  • Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under fast-paced projects environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams software.


Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3-6 months


Pay: RM800.00 per month
