We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Junior Sales Support Executive to join our team. This role plays a critical function in supporting the Fuel and Account Management teams, ensuring smooth operational processes related to card management, credit administration, and customer service coordination while enjoy a varied role with fantastic opportunities to progress and develop your career.+ Assist the Fuel and Account Management Team with card limit setting and regular card limit checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
+ Support in the preparation and submission of SKDS documentation via the Shell E-Apps platform.
+ To cross-check and update the SKDS documentation submitted by the client to ensure compliance with the checklist
+ Collaborate with the Support Team and Credit Admin in preparing and reviewing daily DDA (Direct Debit Authorization) reports.
+ To assist and prepare new approval cases.
+ Generate Security Deposit letters upon application approval for new or existing customers.
+ To assist on generating sales reporting for management on daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
+ Assist in the coordination of card deliveries in support, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch to customers.
