The Company


Our client is a manufacturer of high-quality medical devices specializing in latex and latex-free nasopharyngeal airways, breathing bags, test lungs, Racine connectors and other rubber-based products and medical devices


Reporting to the Business Development Director, the Marketing Executive will support the planning, development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the company’s medical device products locally. The role involves managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, handling digital marketing activities, supporting sales team initiatives to increase product awareness and market share.


Responsibilities:


Marketing Strategy & Execution


  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans for medical products, nasopharyngeal airways and breathing bags.
  • Support brand positioning and promotional strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed.


Digital Marketing


  • Manage company websites and social media platforms.
  • Create and schedule posts, track engagements, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Coordinate with designers or agencies for digital content creation.


Market Research & Competitors Analysis


  • Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Gather intelligence on pricing, products, and marketing approaches from regional competitors (e.g. China, Indis, ASEAN)


Product Marketing Support


  • Assist in the creation of product brochures, catalogs, presentations, and technical datasheets.
  • Coordinate product launches and support product training for distributors and partners.
  • Gather customer feedback and report on product performance and satisfaction.


Sales & Business Development Support


  • Follow-up on lead generation and customer communication.
  • Prepare marketing materials for exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits.
  • Identify new market opportunities and assist in developing distributor network.
  • Generate leads, convert them into potential clients and schedule meetings with the Business Development Manager.


Administrative and Reporting


  • Maintain marketing database, customer records, and campaign documentation.
  • Provide monthly reports on marketing KPIs, campaigns results, and ROI analysis.


The Ideal Candidate:


  • Bachelor�s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in B2B or healthcare/medical device marketing (preferred).
  • Knowledge of medical device industry trends and regulatory environment is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Willing and be able to travel locally and abroad for business purposes.
