Salary: RM4,000 - RM5,000 + Attendance Allowance (RM200)

Working Hours:


  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM / 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM / 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

  • Shah Alam: No. 13 & 13A, Jalan Plumbum Q7/Q, Seksyen 7, 40000 Shah Alam, Selangor


1) Oversee daily boutique operations to ensure smooth workflows and top-tier customer service

2) Drive sales strategy to meet monthly and yearly targets

3) Lead and manage boutique staff, including scheduling, training, motivation, and performance reviews

4) Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory flow efficiently

5) Analyze sales reports and market trends for performance improvements

6) Maintain high visual merchandising and store layout standards aligned with the brand

7) Manage operational budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness

8) Act as the communication bridge between HQ and store teams

9) Resolve customer feedback and complaints professionally and promptly

10) Develop SOPs to maintain service excellence and operational consistency

11) Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff

12) Participate in boutique marketing and promotional efforts, and evaluate results

13) Conduct store audits for safety, cleanliness, and compliance

14) Build and maintain vendor and supplier relationships

15) Monitor competitor activity and propose strategies to stay competitive


Requirements / Preferred Qualifications


1) Proven experience in retail operations or boutique management

2) Strong leadership and team management skills

3) Sales-driven mindset with analytical ability

4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5) Ability to multitask and manage operations across multiple locations

6) Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

7) Familiar with inventory systems, SOP development, and performance tracking

8) Passion for fashion/retail industry is an added advantage
