Pega Constellation
- Design and develop Pega applications using Constellation architecture and low-code tools.
- Build end-to-end case types, data models, and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with Pega best practices, guardrails, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate requirements into functional solutions.
- Integrate with external systems using APIs, connectors, and data pages.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance or functionality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Pega development processes and UI/UX design practices.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Pega platform; recent experience with Pega Constellation is required.
- Pega CSA/ CSSA certification (Pega CPDC is a plus).
- Strong understanding of case lifecycle, data modeling, and declarative rules.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
