Performance Testing with LoadRunner

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive

• Deliver performance testing services using LoadRunner and LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE)
  
• Design, plan, and execute performance test strategies based on project requirements
  
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using VuGen (Virtual User Generator)
  
• Simulate real-world load conditions, analyze system performance, and identify bottlenecks
  
• Generate and present detailed performance test reports with actionable insights
  
• Provide frequent performance test updates to project stakeholders and leadership
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather non-functional requirements and define test scenarios
  
• Guide and mentor junior performance testers within the team
  
• Ensure adoption of test governance standards, tools, and methodologies
  
• Participate in test audits and health checks
  
• Contribute to innovation and process improvement within the performance testing team
  
• Perform quality assurance for web, mobile, and back-end applications
  

• 6-9 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing
  
• Strong experience with LoadRunner and LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE)
  
• Proficient in test planning, scripting, execution, and reporting
  
• Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Solid understanding of non-functional requirements and system architecture
  
• Strong communication skills with experience in stakeholder management
  
• Ability to analyze and interpret test results to identify performance bottlenecks
  
• Experience in mentoring junior testers or leading small performance testing teams
  
• Familiarity with web, mobile, and backend integration testing
  
• Knowledge of performance monitoring tools and analysis techniques is a plus
  

• Exposure to other performance testing tools like JMeter, AppDynamics, Dynatrace (optional)
  
• Experience working in banking/financial domains (preferred but not mandatory)
  
• ISTQB or other relevant certifications (added advantage)
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
