PHARMACIST CUM SHOP MANAGER

• Provide professional consultation on medication usage, side effects, drug interactions, and suitable health products.
  
• Promote pharmaceutical and health products, including supplements, vitamins, and over-the-counter (OTC) medications.
  
• Manage inventory, including stock storage, arrangement, expiry date checks, and reordering.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulations set by the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) and pharmacy guidelines.
  
• Conduct health counseling sessions on managing chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension) and guide customers in selecting appropriate health products.
  
• Supervise and train pharmacy staff, including pharmacy assistants, to ensure they understand standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  
• Build strong customer relationships to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
  
• Support pharmacy promotional activities, including health campaigns, free health screenings, and community awareness programs.
  
• Assist in stock take and responsible for expired/shortage of product.
  
• Ensure inventory records and stocks are always kept up to date.
  
• Maintain products & follow proper guidelines.
  
• Ensure product availability at all times.
  
• Train and induct new staff members by provide coaching and support.
  
• Ensure the pharmacy always comply to government regulatory.
  
• Execute best pharmacy practice and follow guidelines given by authority and the Company.
  
• Upkeep prescription and poison book record.
  

• Bachelor�s Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
  
• Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia (LFM) and holds a valid practicing license.
  
• Preferably at least 1 year of retail pharmacy experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  
• Strong knowledge of medications, supplements, and health products.
  
• Good communication and customer service skills for providing consultations on medications and health.
  
• Proficient in pharmacy inventory management including stock control and expiry date monitoring.
  
• Sales and marketing-oriented, with the ability to promote pharmacy products effectively.
  
• Willing to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays.
  

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 36 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
