Job Responsibilities:


  • Assist purchasing team in handling paper work and documentation


  • Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices etc.


  • Assist in keep track on the suppliers data when needed


  • Assist in preparing purchase order when needed


  • Perform other office duties as assigned


  • Assist in clerical support to the purchasing department


  • Handle other ad hoc duties tasks from time to time when needed


Job Requirement:


  • Min SPM


  • Fresh graduate student from Diploma/Degree are welcome to apply


  • Skills: Computer skill, communication skills and hardworking attitude


  • Candidate with related experience will be added as advantages
