Requirements:


  • Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration and/or other related equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience; with experienced in land developer company will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
  • Patient, pro-active and possess empathy when handling employees� grievances.
  • Must be meticulous and high integrity in confidential matters and non-disclosure.
  • Hold high esteem for the quality of work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline.


Responsibilities:


  • Sales & SPA Coordination:


Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing department to ensure timely execution and stamping of Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs).


  • Sales Administration Management:


Manage and oversee the complete sales administration process, including:

  • Monitoring and coordination of SPAs
  • Loan applications and approvals
  • Delivery of vacant possession
  • Sub-sale transactions
  • Issuance and perfection of strata titles
  • Title reassignment matters
  • Application and coordination of utilities (e.g., electricity, water, sewerage) for new purchasers


  • Progress Payment & Loan Documentation:


Monitor and follow up on progress billings and loan disbursements; ensure accuracy and completeness of related documentation.


  • Credit Control & Debtor Management:


  • Implement and monitor credit control procedures to ensure timely collection of payments
  • Identify and follow up on problematic accounts to reduce outstanding debts
  • Handle purchaser inquiries and resolve account-related issues promptly


  • Stakeholder Liaison:


Liaise effectively with purchasers, bankers, solicitors, and relevant authorities on SPA, loan, utilities, title perfection, and reassignment matters.


  • Filing & Record Management:


Maintain a systematic and organized filing system (physical and electronic) for all sales documentation, correspondence, loan files, and SPA records.


  • General Administrative Support:


Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior to support departmental operations and ensure efficiency. Familiar with Road Runner Developer System is an advantage.
