The School Uniform Coordinator at IMAS is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school’s uniform provision, including inventory management, supplier coordination, student fitting sessions, and uniform distribution. This role ensures that students receive the correct uniforms in a timely and organized manner while maintaining a high standard of service to parents and staff.
- Manage and maintain accurate uniform inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and tracking items.
- Coordinate with uniform suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain product quality standards.
- Organize and oversee uniform fittings for new and returning students.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming uniform room/store.
- Distribute uniforms to students and staff according to school guidelines and schedules.
- Track orders and issue receipts/invoices where necessary.
- Respond to parent and student queries regarding uniform sizing, availability, and pricing.
- Handle returns, exchanges, or special orders as required.
- Monitor and update uniform price lists and communicate any changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with the finance and admin teams to ensure accurate record-keeping and stock reconciliation.
- Provide periodic inventory reports and updates to the School Administrator.
- Assist in reviewing and refining uniform policies and procedures when needed.
- Previous experience in inventory management, retail, or customer service preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and basic inventory systems.
- Ability to lift and move uniform stock as required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
