Senior Network Engineer

• Network Architecture: Design and implement scalable and secure network solutions that meet organizational requirements.
  
• Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex network projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within specified timelines and budgets.
  
• Network Optimization: Analyze and optimize network performance through monitoring, troubleshooting, and proactive maintenance.
  
• Security Management: Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures to protect against unauthorized access, vulnerabilities, and threats.
  
• Mentorship: Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior network engineers and support staff.
  
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and service providers to evaluate new technologies and manage procurement processes.
  
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
  
• Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement disaster recovery strategies to ensure network resilience and data integrity.
  
• Network Tools: Utilize advanced network management tools for monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
  
• Cloud Management: Deploy, manage, and monitor cloud -based infrastructure. Implement and manage cloud security measures to protect data and systems.
  
• Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to improve system efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  
• Global Collaboration: Work with global teams to manage and deliver globally managed services. Coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in service delivery.
  

• Bachelor�s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience in network engineering or a related role, with a focus on design and architecture.
  
• Extensive knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies.
  
• Proficiency in network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPNs, and VLANs.
  
• Experience with network security practices and tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryp tion protocols.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  
• Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools.
  
• This role may require on-call availability and working outside regular hours to resolve critical issues or perform scheduled maintenance..
  
• The position may involve occasional travel to various sites for installation, troubleshooting, and collaboration with teams.
  

• Salary Range: up to RM12,00.00
  
• Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 8.45AM to 5.45PM
