- Plan and design interior spaces, including furniture, fixtures, and materials.
- Provide excellent customer service and work closely with clients, vendors, consultants, and team members.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Develop and implement creative design concepts.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and follow corporate guidelines.
- Recommend improvements to cost estimation processes.
- Identify cost trends for better budgeting and efficiency.
- Handle general office tasks like purchase orders and supply management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in retail/commercial settings.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and brand identity.
- Skilled in space planning, materials research, and fixture selection.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Mandarin-speaking candidate preferred.
- Interest or background in project management
