KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :


  • Plan and design interior spaces, including furniture, fixtures, and materials.
  • Provide excellent customer service and work closely with clients, vendors, consultants, and team members.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Develop and implement creative design concepts.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and follow corporate guidelines.
  • Recommend improvements to cost estimation processes.
  • Identify cost trends for better budgeting and efficiency.
  • Handle general office tasks like purchase orders and supply management.


JOB REQUIREMENTS :


  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in retail/commercial settings.
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles and brand identity.
  • Skilled in space planning, materials research, and fixture selection.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Mandarin-speaking candidate preferred.
  • Interest or background in project management


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
