- Minimum Secondary School education or higher (fresh graduates welcome)
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience in furniture, interior design, or building materials
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Possess valid driving license and own transport (preferred)
Sales & Client Management:
- Engage showroom customers and recommend furniture solutions
- Follow up on leads and manage customer inquiries
- Prepare and present customized proposals
- Build long-term client relationships
- Generate new business through networking and self-generated leads
- Stay updated on product trends and market dynamics
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Work with design, production, and installation teams
- Utilize company resources (showroom, samples, pricing system)
