Key Responsibilities:


1. Sourcing and Supplier Management


  • Identify, evaluate, and select potential suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, service, and compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing suppliers.
  • Request quotations (RFQ), perform cost analysis, and prepare supplier comparison sheets.
  • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and audits.


2. Procurement Operations.


  • Manage end-to-end procurement process including purchase requisition, purchase order creation, supplier confirmation, delivery tracking, and goods receipt.
  • Ensure timely procurement of goods and services according to project or operational timelines.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure proper documentation is in place.


3.Negotiation and Cost Control


  • Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable contract terms.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability of materials to make strategic sourcing decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and process efficiency.


4. Compliance and Risk Management.


  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Mitigate procurement risks by maintaining multiple supplier options and contingency planning.
  • Ensure all purchased items meet the required specifications and standards.


5. Reporting and Analysis


Prepare procurement reports, including spend analysis, savings tracking, and supplier performance metrics.


Collaborate with finance and inventory teams to monitor budget usage and inventory levels.

Education & Experience:


  • Bachelor�s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or procurement role.
  • Experience in dealing with both local and overseas suppliers is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.


Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Good understanding of procurement principles, cost structures, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and a team player.
  • Mandarin speaker (able to read and understand written Mandarin).
