Develop new client base and maintain relationships to expand market share
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and formulate sales strategies
Represent company at trade exhibitions and networking events
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and negotiate contract terms
Manage entire sales cycle to ensure successful deal closure
Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies
Submit progress reports and provide insights to management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field (fresh graduates may apply for junior role)
Minimum 2 years BD/sales experience
Professional fluency in Cantonese, English & Mandarin (must include business proposal writing)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) & CRM systems
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
Commercially astute with strong business acumen
Willing to travel (local/SEA regions)
