Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services
Explain product benefits, address customer inquiries and close sales
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
Follow up on leads and provide professional recommendations
Record customer feedback and update CRM system
Accurately log call details and sales outcomes
Submit regular sales performance reports
Requirements:
No experience required (paid training provided)
SPM/UEC qualification or above
Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Resilient under pressure and target-driven
Basic computer literacy (Excel, CRM systems)
Self-motivated with good teamwork attitude
