Role Summary:


Oversee and manage full spectrum of HR functions, including personnel management, administration, corporate services, payroll, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, welfare, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives aligned with company goals.


Key Responsibilities:


HR Operations & Strategy


  • Oversee all HR operations and continuous improvement.


  • Support management in developing HR strategies and systems.


  • Lead payroll accuracy and timely submissions.


  • Review and recommend compensation and benefits improvements.


Employee Relations & Compliance


  • Manage disciplinary issues, investigations, and terminations.


  • Liaise with unions/employee reps; lead collective bargaining.


  • Handle grievances and conflict resolution.


  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety, and social compliance standards (e.g., ISO, RBA, ESH).


Talent & Performance


  • Lead manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment.


  • Monitor turnover and implement retention strategies.


  • Drive performance appraisal systems and periodic reviews.


  • Lead HR improvement and lean projects, track HR KPIs.


Administration & Corporate Services


  • Supervise services like staff accommodation, canteen, uniform distribution, in-house clinic, childcare (TASKA), attendance systems, and internal communications.


  • Maintain HR portal and HRIS accuracy.


  • Ensure accurate and confidential personnel records.


  • Prepare HR-related reports for management.


Communication & Collaboration


  • Conduct briefings and training on HR policies.


  • Support leadership in change initiatives and employee engagement.


  • Collaborate with ESH and Talent divisions on staff health, safety, and onboarding.


  • Represent company in community or external HR-related matters.


Requirements:


Education & Experience:


  • Degree/Master�s in HR, Business Management, or related field.


  • Minimum 5 years� HR experience in manufacturing.


Skills & Attributes:


  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour law & industrial relations.


  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English (written & spoken).


  • Competent in Microsoft Office & HR systems.


  • Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, RBA, TQM (advantage).


  • Demonstrated leadership, integrity, strategic thinking, team management, and communication.


Job Type: Permanent


Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
