- Currently pursuing a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about IT operations and support.
- Assist to provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Assist to contribute to IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and data backups.
- Collaborate with the team to monitor network performance, security, and compliance with IT policies.
- Learn and implement cybersecurity best practices to ensure data protection and system integrity.
- Assist in documenting IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to share insights and propose innovative solutions.
